Questions about original quality and filenames
Do you compress photos when clients download them?
No. Clients download the original file you uploaded, unchanged. Smaller previews are only used for browsing the gallery.
What if two cameras produce the same filename?
Both files keep their names and are told apart by folder, such as Camera A and Camera B. Exact duplicates are detected by checksum and flagged.
When is the Lightroom plugin available?
The Lightroom Classic plugin comes after public launch, on the Pro plan. Filename lists and CSV exports for album selections are available on every paid plan from launch.
