Pricing questions
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. Invoices are GST tax invoices from Imagenie Solutions, so studios with a GSTIN can claim input tax credit.
Are these prices final?
These are launch prices and may change before public signup.
What counts as a wedding?
One client album: up to 500 photos and 1 hour of film, online for a year and then kept in a free archive. Your plan gives you a number of weddings a year, such as 48 on Pro, and you can use them in any month, including all in wedding season.
Can I upload videos on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is for photos only. Every wedding on a paid plan includes up to 1 hour of film.
What if I shoot more weddings than my plan includes?
Move up a plan, and back down later if you like. You only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Existing galleries are never affected.
What does each plan add?
Every plan has face search. Every paid plan adds your studio website and WhatsApp invitations and reminders. Growth adds your own domain and RAW backup for your recent weddings. Pro adds Studio Books (accounting), the bookings pipeline and staff seats.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for a 7-day grace period while we retry. After that the account becomes read-only: clients can still view galleries, but you can't upload. Galleries you have already delivered stay online for clients.
How do I pay?
By UPI AutoPay or card through Razorpay, every month. Change or cancel your plan any time.
